Patrick Harris is a licensed Texas Realtor® serving South Texas, with a strong focus on the Edinburg, McAllen, Pharr, Harlingen, and Brownsville markets. Known for his clear communication, financial insight, and client-first approach, Patrick helps buyers, sellers, and agents make confident, informed decisions at every stage of the real estate journey.
Originally from Kansas, Patrick relocated to San Antonio to attend the University of the Incarnate Word, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance. His professional background is rooted in fast-paced, results-driven industries that shaped his work ethic and attention to detail.
Patrick began his career in the restaurant industry, gaining extensive management experience and learning how to perform under pressure while delivering exceptional service. He later transitioned into the banking industry with one of the nation’s top financial institutions, where he worked closely with clients to help them achieve important financial goals. From there, he moved into the insurance industry as an accountant for a Texas-based insurance company, further strengthening his analytical and data-driven skill set.
While strategy and numbers came naturally, Patrick realized he missed working directly with people. That realization led him to real estate—a career that seamlessly combined his financial expertise, analytical mindset, and passion for client service.
In his first year as a Realtor®, Patrick sold 24 homes, quickly establishing himself as a trusted advisor and strong negotiator. Today, he is a certified mentor and proudly leads a team of 17 agents, guiding and supporting them as they build successful, sustainable real estate careers of their own.
Whether working with clients or mentoring agents, Patrick is deeply committed to education, transparency, and long-term success. His goal is simple: to help people make smart real estate decisions while building lasting relationships along the way.
