Patrick Harris is a licensed real estate professional serving South Texas, with expertise in the Edinburg, McAllen, Pharr, Harlingen, and Brownsville markets. Originally from Kansas, Patrick relocated to San Antonio to attend the University of the Incarnate Word, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance.
His career began in the restaurant industry, where he gained extensive management training and developed classic culinary skills in a fast-paced environment. He later transitioned into the banking industry, working with one of the nation’s top financial institutions. There, Patrick thrived in a demanding, fast-moving role, finding great fulfillment in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
From banking, he moved into the insurance industry, working as an accountant for a Texas-based insurance company. This position allowed him to strengthen his analytical and data-driven skill set, but it also made him realize how much he missed working directly with clients. It was during this time that a close friend introduced him to real estate—a career that blended his financial expertise, analytical background, and passion for client service.
In his very first year as a Realtor, Patrick successfully sold 24 homes, an accomplishment that not only confirmed his talent for the industry but also solidified that he had truly found his calling. Today, he is a certified mentor and proudly manages a team of 17 agents, guiding and supporting them as they build successful real estate careers of their own. Since making the transition into real estate, Patrick has dedicated himself fully to serving clients and helping others thrive in the industry.
